$70,000 - $90,000 (dependant on experience ) + bonus potential

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a large multinational company, is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for providing support to the sales and service units, specifically focusing on decision support. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting and budgeting as required
Mostly decision support and analysis for the sales and service units
Analyzes variances to budgets and forecasts
Works with the sales and service teams to analyze business decisions
Ad hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

Must have an accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) or an MBA
Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience, with strong focus on decision support, forecasting, planning and analysis
Must have advanced excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
Experience with BAAN (ERP) and/or Access is an asset
Demonstrated continuous improvement accomplishments
Strong analytic skills, proactive change management capabilities
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Judgment and problem solving
