	Shane Kafka, CMA, MBA Managing Partner Shane has 12 years of combined finance and accounting and professional staffing experience. Prior to his business development role within a global staffing firm, Shane was the COO of a publicly traded company, Nexus Group International. In addition, Shane provided equity research to publicly traded companies in the telecom and media industries while employed at Yorkton Securities. Shane also has experience providing credit ratings at Dominion Bond Rating Service (cable and telecom sector).

	Sari Friedman, MBA Director Sari is an accomplished recruitment professional, and utilizes her diverse background in various finance, capital markets and accounting roles to enhance Financial Resource Partners Inc.’s recruitment practice. Prior to her role as a Managing Director at a boutique recruitment firm (where Sari worked for 4 years), Sari worked as an Equity Research Associate with Scotia Capital covering REIT's and Real Estate Equities. Sari began her career in assurance and accounting with KPMG's real estate advisory group. Sari has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western, Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto specializing in accounting.
