Our client a midsize public accounting firm is looking for a Partner to join their team. The Partner will be responsible for providing support to engagement teams, managing client relationships and pursuing and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Works as the engagement lead and primary point of contact for audit, review, notice to reader and advisory clients
- Developing new business opportunities through sales to both existing and potential clients
- Participating in networking events to identify and develop potential clients
- Reviewing of engagement work at all levels
- Supporting engagement teams in order to ensure completion in timely and accurate manner
- Developing and evaluating professional development tools
- Monitoring realization and profitability of engagements
- Assisting with the recruitment, training and mentoring of Managers and other senior staff
- Participating in performance management system including providing performance reviews and feedback
Qualifications
- Chartered Accounting Designation
- Must have Book of Business (000’s)
